Quality is at the foundation of what we do at O.E.M. Precision. We review all customer requirements before production to ensure the parts meet your satisfaction. We track every work center needed to complete each product and continuously look for ways to become more efficient. Our quality goals are mainly driven by two metrics, Customer Satisfaction and On time delivery. With these metrics at the helm, driven by continuous improvement, our team is able to ensure that these sustained processes maintain consistent quality results across each department.

How We Build-In Quality

Prevention

Review customer requirements before production and build out production plans specific to each part. Verifying changes and ensuring the correct information is passed through to the production floor.

Recognition

Multiple levels of inspection from reviewing flat pattern developments to in-process inspections to finally arrive at a final quality control point allows us to recognize potential gaps.

Analysis

Work instructions are reviewed at the end of manufacturing and if adjustments are to be made, that information is passed through to the entire team for continuous projects tracked through our ERP system.

Improvement

With manufacturing live tracking, communication plans, and our experienced staff; O.E.M. Precision team builds off the data and information collected to improve the production process.

Planar 2D Inspection

The O.E.M. Precision team is able to simply and quickly verify product quality before the production process begins. 2D inspections and CAD comparisons mitigate risk.
