Laser Cutting

Laser cutting uses a high-powered beam to precisely cut through sheet metal, providing clean, accurate edges and the flexibility to create complex designs without the need for specialized tooling.

O.E.M. Precision delivers efficient and cost-effective laser cutting solutions for adding holes and intricate forms to parts. Laser cutting uses a high-powered beam to precisely cut through sheet metal, providing clean, accurate edges and the flexibility to create complex designs without the need for specialized tooling.

Our laser cutting machines can produce holes, slots, and custom shapes in a wide variety of sizes with exceptional precision. This process is ideal for prototypes, small batches, and large production runs that require intricate features. Laser cutting also eliminates the need for nibbling or custom dies, offering greater design flexibility and shorter setup times.

We utilize fiber laser technology, which cuts faster and more accurately than traditional CO2 lasers. Fiber lasers use a laser generator to produce a laser beam with high-power density. The beam heats the material to its boiling point as it travels across the part, and a high-pressure jet of gas blows the molten material out of the cuts.
