O.E.M. Precision delivers efficient and cost-effective metal punching solutions for adding holes and forms to parts. This process involves positioning sheet metal between a punch and a corresponding die. When the punch presses downward into the die, the metal between them is sheared away.
Our punch machines can create holes in various shapes and sizes. For custom designs, specific dies or the “nibbling” process—where smaller holes are punched closely together—can produce tailored shapes. Compared to laser cutting, metal punching is significantly faster, making it an excellent choice for large production runs with numerous features.
