OEM Precision performs a wide range of mechanical assembly operations using fasteners, rivets, inserts, and other hardware in accordance with customer specifications and assembly drawings. Our team utilizes calibrated torque wrenches, presses, and dedicated assembly tools to ensure proper fit, function, and repeatability, while meeting both structural and cosmetic requirements for each assembly.

Turn-Key, In-House Assembly
As part of our standard process, OEM Precision typically manufactures the child and sub-components required for assemblies in house, including all forming, welding, and finishing operations. Once fabrication and finishing are complete, parts flow directly into assembly, allowing us to deliver a fully integrated, turn-key product with reduced lead times, improved quality control, and consistent results.

Customer-Furnished Items Control
When assemblies require customer-furnished parts, we follow defined procedures for receiving, identification, protection, and inventory control. These controls ensure all components are accounted for, properly staged, and available when needed, helping prevent delays and ensuring assemblies are completed and shipped on time.
